Amazing customer service! My many questions were answered quickly! so much patience with me as a beginner sewist. This ruffled blouse pattern is Darling! great instructions! I love the collar construction! it looks so nice! I only have to put buttons on now! hopefully will post pictures of my darling grand daughter in this blouse soon! xo
