In order to use our patterns for commercial purposes when purchasing multiple patterns, please indicate the desired quantity in the designated box and make the corresponding payment.

Permitted uses under the Commercial Use License:

• Our patterns are not available for commercial resale. This means you cannot copy, sell, or digitally distribute the pattern itself. However, you are allowed to sell items you make using the pattern to which you have purchased the commercial license.
• The purchase of the Commercial Use License does not transfer the copyright, and the original pattern design remains the property of Dear Billy Patterns.

Restrictions under the Commercial Use License:

• Our patterns must not be made available in a format that enables others to access or reproduce them.
• Uploading or using our pattern design(s) on a Print on Demand website is prohibited.
• It is not permitted to offer this pattern as a free download on the internet, website, blog, 3D program, etc.
• Sharing, gifting, or selling the digital files through email, USB, disc, or any other means is prohibited.
• Selling our designs as a wholesaler or using our designs to create items for other companies to sell is not allowed.
• You must not claim our pattern designs as your own work.
• You do not have the right to use any of our photos for selling your garments. 

Purchasing a Commercial Use License:

Please note that you must also purchase the sewing pattern for which you are purchasing a license.

After purchasing a license, please follow these steps:

Email us at contact@dearbillypatterns.com the name of the product for which you are purchasing the license and provide either the name of your store or a link to your store. Indicate the desired number of licenses.

Confirmation of license will be included in the receipt issued by Dear Billy Patterns. If you are purchasing a license for previously bought products, please provide the product name(s) and order number(s). 

A digital copy of the license, including the company name, will be sent to the email address provided. 

Furthermore, it is important to retain your order emails and PayPal receipts as evidence of your license. We will register your name and that of your store, ensuring they are included in our records.If you wish to purchase multiple sewing patterns to create and sell products using our patterns, you can buy as many commercial use licenses as necessary. Remember, each pattern requires a separate license.
